If he fucked up in a video and got hate for it, he would actually delete the video and say it never happened. He was also known to say things that were straight up untrue. He had lashed out at fans several times before. HERO was 'suffering' from a lot of hate at this point for what he had done in the past, as well as his video quality and his general egotistical personality. When you went to the page, it simply said that you had to subscribe to HERO's Twitch account to unlock the page (obvious bullshit).įast forward again. Most people were okay with this (I think) but it's fairly obvious that he wasn't just thinking about the wikia and had some ulterior motives.įurther along the line, HERO created a fake wikia page about a weapon in the game called the Master Sword, claiming that it was a real weapon. So for example, on the wikia page for Light Discs, you'd find his video on Light Discs. So anyway, on every single item page on the wikia, HERO put up his video of the item, in order to get even more views. He does this for extra views, then subs, then money. See, what HERO does is he creates videos about each Terraria item (and sometimes mechanic). He did what he said he would, but of course it wasn't entirely selfless. HERO volunteered to become a mod/admin on the wikia, saying that he would fix it all up. It was a victim of mass vandalism and shitty pages and abandonment. Not the gamepedia one, the other shitty one.

The video has been deleted by HERO and he denies its existence.įast forward. He didn't say so but it's obvious that he did it because that meant that he could no longer make videos on Youtube about the game. People were really pissed off about that.Īround the time when 1.1 was released and Re-Logic announced that they were ceasing development, HERO went on a mini rant about it, calling Red an "autistic child" for ending development. He then threatened to sue them all for attempting to take the credit for his mod. He said no and kicked them all off the team.

Either way, the rest of the mod team approached him to ask him to give them credit too, so that either they can get paid or they can just get credit, depending on what's true. Now, this part I'm unsure about: either was charging money for it, or he was saying it was all his own work. They developed the mod and it became a hit (I think). He couldn't do it himself so he assembled a team of people to help him make it. Here's a detailed run down of what happened.Ī few years ago, HERO had the idea to create a mod called Gameiki.
